Deli Kheswa is the Founder of Africa Development Agent and an industry strategist with over 19 years of cross-sector experience spanning manufacturing, energy, construction, and technology. She specialises in leading high-impact initiatives that enhance operational performance, advance inclusive and sustainable growth, and create long-term value in increasingly complex and evolving markets.
Driven by a deep commitment to Africa’s development, Deli’s work bridges the gap between high-level industrial strategy and grassroots economic inclusion. This focus has shaped her pursuit of an MBA in Manufacturing, aimed at contributing meaningfully to Africa’s industrialisation agenda. Her academic work is underpinned by research on Corporate Social Investment (CSI) as a catalyst for socio-economic transformation, with a strong emphasis on how public and private sector collaboration can leverage policy to address systemic challenges and unlock shared value.
As a leader in Energy and Sustainability, Deli actively advocates for a Just Energy Transition. She leverages her experience in Enterprise and Supplier Development, as well as Skills Development, to support the creation of local value chains within the renewable energy sector, advancing both economic inclusion and long-term sustainability.
